MMU has been highly supportive and accomodating of my distance learning. I'm a mature student and have childcare responsibilities, therefore I needed a supervisory team thatn understood my need for flexibility. The hybrid offer of training and study skills has enabled me to utilise the opportunities available and feel equally valued.

The flexibility to fit round my commitments and responsibilities. It's quite tricky to navigate all of the opportunities, platforms and resources as they are scattered across numerous systems.

Manchester Metropolitan is a very accommodating place where I have learned a lot of skills, both social and in terms of the content on my course and I have had a lot of new experiences.

Most of the tutors are really helpful and supportive. Especially in SODA, computers could be more regularly updated and maintained. More of an emphasis on peer and tutor feedback could be good.
