Great university and over the years it has been successfully developing, I thoroughly enjoy the opportunities to be able to support the uni through participating in student open days

Great facilities, the IT department for students are so useful and the laptops you can rent free of charge, so useful!!! Along with the library being easily the best in the county, so they have lovely facilities.

There is always student support available, they're always there to help and their services are 110%, they were so great when I needed them.

Amazing!! Always offering students jobs, putting on events and keeping everyone informed and up to date on what is currently happening in the university.

Not the greatest if you like live "band" music but it is getting better with new venues opening and the clubbing venues are plentiful. There are also loads of places to go to eat and the cinema and bowling are also great fun.

They are plentiful at the university, I am currently joined up to 3 and can join up to as many as you like. There are so many, they're varied and societies are always advertising about what their societies are currently doing.

The lecturers are great and always try to help you, they're understanding and offer a lot of insight into the course you're studying. The courses offered, wide and varied, great for any students.

Loads of job prospects, BA Archaeology (my course) offers a placement year and with that you end the degree having a year in the line of work, great for future jobs.

Very cheap and to a very high standard for student living, so a win win!! The 'Green' is a definite place to live in your first year.
