Its stressful but the uni are very supportive, especially my courses tutors

Library is awesome and so are library staff. labs are well set up

Academic tutors are good. Personal is also good - counselling service is great

Its okay

Bradford is a bit of a dump - like an unpolished gem #bringbacktitussaltspoons

BUSOM is amazing, like a family. Wide variety of things to do

Teaching is very good and very willing to meet about issues and work

Placement year in the department

The university experience so far has been fantastic however extremely different from my undergraduate degree. Whilst more intense it is very enjoyable and the city whilst not huge is a lovely size to get used to.

I personally find the university's facilities slightly lacking however this could be due to the size of the university. I find the library is quite small and is unfortunately the only place to study within the university.

The support offered by academic tutors is quite useful! All the tutors are approachable and provide good feedback on assignments. I haven't used the counselling services.

I think the students union could be bigger and include more facilities however I think it is adequate for the size of the university.

The university is placed quite centrally in the city with shops and accommodation is within walking distance.

There is something for everyone and the opportunity to try new things.

I like that my course is very hands on with constant lab sessions and each lecture is relevant to the lab. This keeps a nice continuity across each module. I dont like the amount of content crammed into each module, whilst understanding the need i think it could probably be delivered better

The university has an excellent careers department that are constantly putting on events and workshops to improve interview tips, CVs and presentation skills. the university is well connected with various employers that do talks and have personally introduced me to various careers and different places to look for jobs.
