Swansea University is cozy and makes you feel welcomed and inclusive. With the majority of students being international, Swansea University and Swansea itself becomes even more vibrant and cheerful, whose university motivates any student to live, study and create lifetime friendships.

Contact with lecturers is regular given the time due, and they are helpful in the hardest situations any student is facing with reliable and resourceful content and hints for students to excel throughout their Ancient History course, whether an undergraduate, MA or PhD

Comfortable and quiet for any student who lives and study there. It could however have a rather regular cleaning process, at least twice per week, based on my personal experience when I lived there a few years ago.

It's lovely being direct next to the beach. Also, the university have been incredibly supportive in regards to disability accommodations. Teaching is also great, and lecturers are enthusiastic and willing to help.

The on campus Egypt Centre is a great resource and is amazing to have in such close proximity. Some course aspects are still online but things are now very well blended post pandemic restrictions.

As the cheapest on campus accommodation it is quite old and so things are lrone to breaking which can be a safety risk, e.g. broken windows in gale force winds. Attempts are made to fix these problems but sometimes the fall off the radar.
