UEA is a great university filled with friendly and helpful students and staff. I went to UEA after a few years out of education and they’ve helped me tremendously with regaining academic skills, meeting new friends and learning critical skills for my chosen career. The facilities are great, with amazing daily food choices, events and resources to support learning. I was very apprehensive about going to university but UEA have made the experience the best decision I’ve made.

With much of my time being online due to the pandemic it has been difficult engaging in the learning to my best potential. However, engaging in small groups, having a 1:1 personal advisor and frequent well being support they have provided excellent resources to support well being and learning. Being mostly in person has provided me with the best opportunity for learning, socialisation with peers and contact with lecturers. Small group practicals have been so beneficial to apply the learning to cases for future practice. The course covers a wide variety of subjects working with different client groups. I feel so far I have learnt so much which I’m excited to put into practice. It is a full on course with lots of content and lectures but it is interactive and there is always peer and lecturer support. It is an amazing course at UEA!

It’s been good- although COVID got in the way of a full experience but they’ve done the best they can under the current circumstances! I’ve still had a great experience dispute such a disruptive year.
