Nice community vibe and feel. Open space and symposium and gigs mean people can perform and experience original work. More student social things - mums and dads, student nights. More space to rehearse outside of contact hours.

Best - variety of subjects, nothing feels eggy and pointless to learn or study Worst - more contact hours and harsher feedback??

There are constantly issues with the smell and flooding. So expensive, shouldn’t be when the quality of living there is not worth £9,000 for 9 months.
