Very good uni, overall glad I chose to come here over anywhere else. Enjoy the nightlife, great accommodation and plenty of ways to improve my course prospects and quality.

Facilities

How good are your university's facilities?

Could be more spaces in library for group work, not enough areas at the moment. Very good facilities apart from that.

Student support

How good is the support offered by the uni? Think both academic (tutors/feedback) and personal (counselling, etc).

Haven't used many support services yet but have been to study skill sessions relevant to me and have found them extremely helpful.

Students' union

What do you think of your Students' Union in terms of student representation and facilities?

Good facilities etc. but could be more advertising of events, never really know/hear of much that is going on although I know there are a lot of events that happen.

Local life

Is your university in a good location in terms of distance to accommodation and local amenities?

Good nightlife, shopping and cultural/history. Plenty to do during spare time.

Societies and Sports

How would you rate the variety of societies/sports?

Haven't joined any. However, there are a good selection that interest me!

Lecturers and teaching quality

What do you like most and least about the way your course(s) are taught?

Tutorials because it enables you to meet more people on course...

Career prospects

How does your uni make efforts to increase your employability (careers department, work placements, transferable skills)?

Lots of info on jobs and careers and support with internships etc. which i think will definitely be an advantage in the future.

University halls

What do you think about the safety, condition, location and cost of your accommodation?

Good value because it is modern, however, not perfect because not all appliances are acceptable, no tv remote etc. Also hard to socialise outside of your own flat, not much social space.
