This is a perfectly average university. It balances academics and sports to a decent level. The academics are no different or special. It is like its been since always. The sports village is a good thing about this university. If you are a sports person this is a heaven for you. Every sport facility is available here. Another thing i like is the whole place has internet access (wifi). You don't actually have to go out of the campus as there are shops and cafes on campus. The accommodations are wonderful. I am not living on campus. I am living in uplands and this place i beautiful. It is a 10 min walk from here but i get big rooms and living area.

I always wanted to learn welsh and I have been successful in doing so being here. Swansea is a very beautiful place and the university is just near the beach. The atmosphere around is such that i never actually realise that I am here to study. There are some great places like the JC’s bar, the pool area or the lake to hang around with your mates. My campus had become my world and I never actually feel the need to go out of the campus. The campus is like a small city in its own.
