One of the best aspects of studying at the University of Greenwich has been the sense of community and the supportive environment created by both staff and students. The campus itself is a highlight the historic architecture and riverside location make it a genuinely inspiring place to study and there are plenty of spaces for both independent and group work. The lecturers are approachable and genuinely interested in helping students succeed often taking time outside of scheduled classes to offer guidance and feedback. I have also appreciated the range of extracurricular opportunities from societies to networking events which have helped me develop personally as well as academically. In terms of areas for improvement communication and organisation could sometimes be enhanced. There were occasions where deadlines, timetable changes or assessment guidelines were not communicated as clearly or as early as they could have been. Improving this would make the student experience more consistent and help reduce stress during busy periods. Additionally while there are strong support services available raising more awareness about how to access them could ensure more students benefit from the help on offer. Overall my experience has been positive and I feel that Greenwich is a place where students are encouraged to grow, explore new opportunities and feel part of a diverse and welcoming community. With a few improvements in communication and organisation it has the potential to be even better.

After 4 years at Westminster Kingsway College, Victoria (including Level 3) I am delighted to say, it was the best time of my life. I developed and improved teamwork, communication and confidence for my future career. Impressive facilities to students on all levels were helping to make my education towards BA (Hons) Culinary Arts and Business Management the best achieving 2:1 and currently entering the final year of MSc at Greenwich University, Medway to study Food Safety and Quality Management. To all future students, please believe in yourself and carry on.
