Walsall College is a great place to learn. Its an environment where you are supported and guided to the best form of success. The tutors are very knowledgeable and there is a great balance where you can bounce ideas off a mixture of talents. I can only speak for the Media department as this is where I learnt and did my Level 3, HNC and HND qualifications. You have access to state of the art technology and in an environment that promotes your growth as a student and for your future in the creative media sector. You are gifted with lots of industry talks from leading talents in their departments. Walsall college has a lot to offer but you have to make the most of it.

I am working full time and Currently studying a HNC in Business, at the University centre Wakefield. I was Originally only going to do the HNC but I have found the staff all very helpful and easy to get along with, you are treated like an individual and the tutors always make time for you, if you went to a big university you wouldn't get this.So I have decided to do the HND and the top up degree also The bonus with the tuition fee's is also very good as I would be paying 9000 a year to do the same course at a big University. I would recommend University centre Wakefield to anyone :-)

I absolutely love studying here. The staff are incredibly supportive and bring real industry experience into their teaching, which makes the training feel relevant and professional. The small class sizes mean you get personalised support and guidance, helping you build confidence and improve your skills. The facilities are fantastic, especially having a fully working professional theatre on campus, which gives students amazing hands-on experience in a real performance environment. honestly the classes are amazing, very clear why we are learning the topic and for what outcome. i enjoy my studies very much. i think the applications for students can be improved, the fact we cannot print by ourselves is bit ridiculous as we are literally a film school and the info hub only prints till 5pm when classes are till 7pm
