The uni does not have enough staff to even respond to a student question or even distress.
They claim to be inclusive, from a learning disability user view, this is false.
They advise that they will fix appalling issues, but it doesn't happen.
They do have some great tutors and the student support team including the union whom I have accessed multiple times, are amazing. Without them I would of left the course a few times. They can only support the students and not resolve the issues themselves which Is not their fault

No response from tutors.
Classes themselves are ok, some are amazing and really interesting.
When held in the upstairs rooms of Stafford, the chairs and table areas are really uncomfortable in all rooms, the new rooms downstairs with the multiple screens and swivel chairs are brilliant and make learning much more comfortable and accessible
