i have studies at USW for over 4 years i undertook my undergraudate here . i enjoye dit so much if ws my first choice for my postgraduate studies and i am so glad i come back.
Facilities
How good are your university's facilities?
excellent , i make good use of the libary when i have time to come in but also find it usefull that we can research from home by using blackboard and find it. the facilties provide oppurtunity to work hard , study , relax and there is facitlies for activie to enjoy yout time at the univeristy.
Student support
How good is the support offered by the uni? Think both academic (tutors/feedback) and personal (counselling, etc).
The support is amazing . i have personally used the counselling and mental health services over the past year due to a family bearvment through suicide. i would not of been able to complete my first year of my post grad if these service were not availible.
Students' union
What do you think of your Students' Union in terms of student representation and facilities?
i think its great , there is lots of things to do . the students voices are heard by the excellent representitives. they cover evrythign you can think fo from wellbeing to safety on campus .
events are promoted really well and i always know whats going on on campus and around campus.
Local life
Is your university in a good location in terms of distance to accommodation and local amenities?
amazing it is close to wales capital cardiff which is easy to commute to. Cardiff has massive organisation thats give you great oppunrutnites for work developemnt.There are lots of job oppunrtunites in the local area of pontypridd aswell.

How would you rate the variety of societies/sports?
the cubs and socities have a wide variety and there is something for everyone.
Lecturers and teaching quality
What do you like most and least about the way your course(s) are taught?
i like the variety of different modules and how they are deliverd on times that allow post grad students the time to still work full time and gain the epxerince they need.

lots of careers advice that is intelinked with good rapport between the unviersity and organsaions in the surrounding area
