Best is the facilities are amazing, worst is that it can sometimes take a long time to get from 1 building to another

I have had a great time on placement with good contact with the uni staff

It was expensive and quite small but still was clean and modern

I am loving my course so far, however the only thing that I am not a fan of is St Michael's building, this is because I feel it is very dark and cramped because there is no natural lighting (windows) in the rooms. Myself, and a few other students, feel as though this disadvantages us and our learning because being in a room with no sunlight makes us feel less awake and engaged so we are therefore not getting the most out of learning.

I feel as though some of our lectures (particularly the ones at the start of the year) could have been done online which would have saved me commuting from a far to get to uni. I also feel as though sometimes the lectures just read of a power point which makes me feel like there was no point of me coming into uni because if are only going to read of a powerpoint then I could have just stayed at home. I really like the fact that we get to choose our top choices for placement and the lectures will try and give us our top choices because this means I am less likely having to travel long distances or get accommodation when going on placement.
