One of the reasons I picked Birkbeck as my Uni was because of the evening classes which gives time to work and to other things you have to do. It’s a great place to study as the professors and lecturers makes class engaging and learning easier, making student feel confident and comfortable to express themselves. I have also seen how they are keen on making sure everyone needs are met especially in the classroom. They also like to hear feedbacks and your opinion on improvement, which makes Birkbeck a good place to study.

I love my course and I have learnt a lot, for work placement and opportunities, what I’ve learnt is you just have to put yourself out there to find them. I enjoy and love all my in class teachings, international students are not allowed to have online class for my courses so I go to school for lectures. It’s a great course, the lectures are patient and understanding and would listen to your ideas and encourage you. I have learnt a lot and I would definitely recommend it.

My university is located in central London which is a great place for everything. The only thing I’ve had issues with is traffic and that’s alright because of its location. They’re lots of amazing and beautiful sites to see around it, for example the British museum, China town, Piccadilly Circus and many more. It’s also great to find student jobs. One disadvantage would be the cost of living, due to the location but it’s fine if you don’t live close too.
