The lecturers are very understanding, show genuine concern about your well-being and try their best to accommodate everyone based on their circumstances. There are instances where the WiFi gives trouble but the IT department has already spoken to us to let us know they are working on a solution and give alternatives to hardwires in the meantime. I really have no complaint as once you raise a concern or issue, the uni works on having it addressed once within reasonable measure. They try their best to make being away from home easier by making the transition as smooth as possible, from the accommodation, facilities, and dedication of their teachers (at least in my encounter thus far) to financial, study, well-being, and entrepreneurial support.

I do not have any complaints about my course thus far. If you have been inactive for some time, you may have a moment of doubt but the materials you cover will motivate you to be more active and look past the barriers you may be encountering. Your classmates and lecturers alike are there to assist as well (at least I can speak for my classmates that is).

I like that the rooms offer quite a comfortable space, have ensuite bathrooms, and the flats have a common room for you and your flatmates to relax and hang out with each other. This hall is close to the gym, SU bar, and laundry room. If you drive, parking is literally steps away from your hall. It is also within a reasonable distance of everything on campus such as the main reception, library, cafe, and blue room where you have access to computers and printing facilities 24 hours a day. Being away from the road on the opposite side of the campus, it is quiet here and the view on the last floor is lovely compared to the ground floor which can only see the back road and walkways in the front of the hall. The WiFi in the hall is not always the best but we have the option to use the ethernet until their plans with the WiFi improvement can be fully executed. Note: I study in Carmarthen but I stay on the Lampeter campus... I have stayed once in the Carmarthen accommodation, sorry I cannot recall which building but they have their differences. The room in Carmarthen was colder, and the ergonomics of the sink area were a little awkward. However, there was more storage space in the room, the common area was bigger and the kitchen had additional appliances.

Facilities are great, staff are extremely supportive, workload is manageable, library is great for purpose

In person classes are well delivered and informative. Lecturers articulate their info well and are patient.
