The university lectures are incredibly supportive and provide engaging lectures. Dundee has a great student vibe and offers great accommodation at an affordable price. Everything in Dundee is within walking distance. The uni offers a wide variety of amazing clubs and societies that are all really welcoming. The worst aspect of my uni experience was covid, for some courses, there were only pre-recorded lectures during this period so many students struggled to stay engaged and motivated.

The course is taught entirely in person, we have plenty of contact hours, however sometimes there are too many in week. The lecturers are always available for support and reply to your emails within 24 hours. The placements can be a bit overwhelming, there is a large workload for us to complete and this has been a point of many struggles. However, if you have a problem during placement you get a great deal of support from the uni and tutors are really kind when assessing your placement.

The accommodation was far too expensive for what it was, we had a wide range of issues with the maintenance of the flat, ranging from wasp nests to rats to plumbing issues. The location was great, we were right next to many local amenities. However, I do think that the accommodation might require updating.
