The staff are always there to support you, especially if you are taken on sick leave. They always check up on your wellbeing and make sure you have everything available and ask if you need anything to help with studying. They are understanding and considerate to every circumstance you're in. The worst aspect would be the constantly changing every year, so you don't get exactly what you signed up to do. However, it is understandable and the university try to make sure you get what you need and want, and help support you if you are doing something you don't want to do.

Some modules are repeats from the following years of studies that were already covered, however they are changed and trying to teach us new things. The lecturers are always available if you need help, and you can drop them an email whenever and they will get back to you as soon as they can to provide whatever support or help you need.

It makes you feel like you're at home and there is a lot of activities on to let you have fun with your flatmates and friends here. However there is alot of maintenance during term time. But it's understandable for the routine checks for boiler and rooms. There is also a lot of silverfish, which unfortunately there is nothing to be done about which is understandable. The staff are really kind and considerate though, and it shows that they are truly trying there best to give the best experience possible and try not to inconvenience you too much.
