The facilities for my course are amazing and there are ways in lecture and outside of to learn and reach your full potential. However, some lecture material are outdated and use things from previous years that are no longer relevant. The campus is nice and in a very good location right next to the train station, shops are also quite close by. The student life and culture is nice and there are lots of good societies, the union itself has some issues and could definitely be better, there is some clashes between union rules and societies at the moment I think. The union shop is a bit too expensive too

Lecturers are striking and many have left whilst I have been here, I think the uni should do better to keep good lecturers. I wish there was a way to directly complain about the quality of online resources, some modules have great online videos and teaching whilst others need improvements and are of poor quality. The course is too easy in certain aspects, I worry about this because I need to do you collaborative project later and do not trust many of the people on my course to help me get a good mark.

Some rooms are better than others, I think it should be more standardised and there have been points in the year where we had no access to hot water from the taps, we were compensated for this however. Cost of living is very good in Stoke, not too expensive and Reslife does fun events

Best is any games facility always open for late studies and student support Stoke on Trent there is nothing to do and there aren't many student activities outside of study that are within a good time.

Pretty good all the tutors are always doing their best and encourage learning at home and studying a lot. They give loads of useful advice and material.

Some have better security like wedgewood have cards to get into the flat but spode has keys people can probably pick them and get in so it's not a good idea like it could be better and more secure. Maintenance take forever to do anything sometimes but then others they are straight on it. Like I simply asked for a hoover back got put down on a list and then never got a new one until I went down and said about it and then got one straight away. WiFi is never consistent and with a speed of 120mbs it could be a lot better.
