Blackburn college is a fantastic opportunity to further your career prospects, meet new people and enjoy learning. I have no regrets whatsoever and as a mature student it has given me valuable knowledge in IT skills I thought I could never have.

Clean, welcoming with adequate facilities and a great library

The academic tutors have always been available to talk to and have been empathetic and encouraging.

It is incredibly versatile for single working mums like myself as it provides excellent prospects of furthering my career whilst still being able to work part-time and look after my family. The lecturers are incredibly dedicated and supportive and really go the extra mile in encouraging and mentoring students to achieve good grades. I have enjoyed every bit of the course and my only regret is that it has passed too quickly

There are good opportunities with workshops, outside agencies and work placements

I have really enjoyed attending the university, i have found the course is very interesting and informative. The staff are very helpful and support the students to achieve there full potential

The college has any learning resources, they are all easily accessible with lots of help available.

there is a variety of different supports available around university which are well advertised and easily accessible

The course is good as it alows to gain a qualification and also work along side it
