The community and environment in vibrant and makes you feel less stressful about your life as an international student.

I have enjoyed my time at UC and feel I have been nurtured as a student in a way I would not have been had I have gone to a traditional university setting. I have had great relationships with all my tutors who were able to give me good feedback,

So far my experience at university has been great. I am on the student union as well as being a student ambassador. This offers me the chance to take part in different activities and also earn extra money when helping out at open days and taking part in the flood a school events talking to potential students. I am progressing well and understanding different topics and have made some friends for life and we all support each other in times of need aswell as being able to have fun together.

I absolutely love the place and all it stands for. If I had my way, I would never leave! As a mature student, returning to education after an office based career, it has changed my life very much for the better. I have more confidence in myself and my own abilities than I have ever had. The course was not easy and I have never worked so hard on so many things at once, but all the hard work leads to huge satisfaction upon completion of it. A degree course is not for the faint hearted - you get out what you put in! I have nothing to compare Bishop Burton College with, I just know that I loved it and can’t wait to start my third year.
