The best aspects of my uni experience are the lecturers who genuinely want students to succeed and the hands-on teaching style that connects theory with real industry practice. The campus environment, library resources, and diverse student community also make it a great place to study. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be more streamlined communication from administrative departments and quicker responses when students need help with processes such as fees, documents, and academic queries.

The best aspects of my course are the engaging in-class teaching, the supportive lecturers, and the strong mix of theory and practical learning. The lab sessions and real-world case studies make the content more relevant, and the lecturers are always approachable and willing to explain concepts clearly. I also appreciate the diverse classroom environment and the variety of teaching methods used across modules. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some days have long timetable gaps, and certain modules would benefit from more contact hours or additional tutorial support. At times, assignment feedback takes longer than expected, and a few practical sessions feel slightly rushed. Increasing industry visits, guest lectures, and real-world exposure would make the overall experience even better.

The teachers and the wellbeing team are incredible, and the historic building and location make the campus such a lovely place to be. Where the buildings are older, some facilities are dated, such as the toilets, although some have been renovated over the time I've been here (as I did my BA here too), so that has been nice to see. Sometimes the classrooms are also badly insulated and can be too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter, but again, I understand how old the buildings are, so that's difficult to avoid.

The lectures are excellent, and it's easy to see how much time and effort they have put into designing the course. They are always easy to contact and are always more than willing to set up meetings with you. Occasionally, it feels as though the university doesn't value our humanities course as much as it values its business courses, as we are usually given rooms that aren't always suited to our needs.
