Best is lecturers taking on student advice and questions and make adaptations based on student input. Worst is maybe time of problems solved

More to fix time wise

I think that there aren’t really many social spaces for different students from different courses to interact and socialise with each other. I think there could also be something for 1st year students about industry knowledge and development especially as some students have not had experience in the industry they are studying in. I think for international students it can also be very hard to interact and become friends with students who are from the uk which causes some cultural segregations and can make international students feel isolated. I really like how passionate the lecturers are about what they are teaching and that they actually come from the industry and have experience in the industry they are talking about. I think the quality of teaching is really good and the lecturers really do try to ensure that everything is understood and if there are any questions there’s many different ways of contacting or asking the lecturer. I also think the student facilites like CASE, assignment life cycle, well being and hired are exceptionally innovative services for students to be able to feel like they can make further progress despite from what point they started their course.

The best aspect of my course is the quality of teaching and the actual subject matter I am studying. As it is a very difficult course which requires a lot of scientific understanding I feel like the lecturers attempt to try their best to make the harder anatomical and physiological information easily digestible and understood The worst aspect of my course is the employability factor and as I have found usually you have to have some kind of pervious experience in the industry which can be difficult if you are older and haven’t studied a beauty course before

The thing i like most about halls is that I can meet different and new people that I might have not met on my course. It creates a nice social environment to thrive in. However I don’t think there’s good value for money as the rooms are different sized and allocated randomly which means that’s some people end up paying more even if they don’t want to just because they got allocated a bigger room
