I really like NTU as a uni it is very socialable

Some lecturers are hard to understand and aren’t very responsive

City is populated with thousands of students from two universities, and everything in Nottingham is made very accessible with both a compact City Centre as well as brilliant transport links. City Campus is integrated wonderfully within the Centre and looks beautiful. Lecturers/Tutors are all very helpful and will provide as much assistance as you need to progress throughout your University life!

Some Tutors could be more easily accessible throughout the day/night. Amazing career prospects and placement opportunities, as you learn such a wide range of topics that can be applied in many professions. Facilities are mostly good, some rooms feel dated.

Accommodation in Nottingham is very expensive, and you are paying mostly for location as the Halls itself is nothing amazing. It's a nice Halls and is a great place to live, but you are definitely overpaying a bit anywhere you stay. The WIFI at Gill Street South was amazingly quick, perfect for whenever I had to do university work or just day to day internet usage. If some damage occured the Halls team were quite slow to repair/replace the issue, but this can be attributed partly to the ongoing Covid 19 epidemic at the time.
