The lecturers are nice to teach, and they respond quickly when you email them. And we get a help desk for weekday help so that we can ask any questions, and they will be passed to the correct department for solving the problem. The university's environment is good, clean, and big. We have mainly two campuses, and we can take the shuttle over to these two campuses. And we have an outlet in the middle. It is easy to find all we need in daily life in Asda, Aldi, Tesco, the center, and the outlets. The accommodation is fine, not bad. The accommodation help desk is available 24/7, so they can fix all the problems in the flat, and they will create some activities sometime so that students may not feel bored when other friends go back to their countries for festivities. Although we do not have enough activities in Hatfield, the student union holds different events for students to join, and we get a forum that holds different events every week.

We have Zoom, in-class lessons, and practice sessions. The timetable is normal, and normally we have time to travel to different rooms. We still have some free time for studying, preparing, and part-time working. Especially, we have a whole building near Asda for practice sessions, which is really new and has all the facilities we need. Lecturers are quite fast to respond to your email.

We have an outlet in the middle of two campuses. It is easy to find all we need in daily life in Asda, Aldi, Tesco, the center, and the outlets. The accommodation is fine, not bad. But it is not easy for year 1/2 students to apply the room you need for next year, they hold a lot of rooms for the new students.
