For me personally, I love the fact that the students are few because it makes it easier for every student to approach a tutor and get feedback on how they are doing and how they can improve. Tutors are very calm and supportive when it comes to teaching students. If anything can be improved maybe their hearing system during January.

My course was mostly in-class learning and it was full contact with tutors . Tutors listens to the opinions of students which I believed is kinda good.

Obviously covid has caused issues buy my experience has been excellent despite those set backs. I highly recommend UCEN Manchester especially to adults returning to education. The tutors are very good and you can count on small class sizes.

The facilities are OK, however the campus is currently undergoing renovations so this will improve.

I have used the councillors and academic support many times and they are very useful resource

Tutors are very responsive to email and Teams messages. They really go above and beyond to make sure you understand what is expected of you.

A lot of the courses are practical and include work placements
