The Student Support at NTU is amazing and they do really support and encourage the students. The staff (lecturers and tutors) always go above and beyond for students. The only negative experience I have had is being sent a harsh and even mildly threatening email about my attendance being lower than average; I was struggling with my epilepsy at that time.

The course is very inclusive and the staff make it as interesting as they can. The only negative about the course is that it is challenging, but I don't expect anything less.

The halls are in a great position for the university. However, the lift was only working half the time. This was a negative because I'm paying for that feature to be usable.
