Best- self contained, beautiful campus. Great facilities for medicine and has links to local hospital so can get experience early Worst- if you are looking for nightlife, Keele doesn't have many options. However, it is easy and cheap to get the train into Manchester.

Best- Course is taught in person with lots of practicals and smaller group sessions. We work around a PBL case to help guide our learning and the session is lead by a tutor. Lecturers are very helpful and willing to answer your questions. My favourite aspect is how hands on it is, we don't just memorise the information. We had GP placements from the first few weeks of year one showing how the relevant information is applied. Exams are held throughout the year and are cumulative so even if you fail one, you won't fail the year

Positives- Very close to medical building. Lots of space and the room is very nice with a double bed, large desk and an ensuite. Kitchens are shared between 8 maximum but there is plenty of cupboards. Negatives- ensuite superior is not cheap.

It is good as there is a plethora of support available for all kinds of needs, however, the learning methods are very monotone and there is no atmosphere in the lessons, but this is largely down to the unenthusiasm of a lot of students. Additionally, the facilities are decent but no better than the ones at I had at college, there is just a greater quantity of them. Given that you have to pay for university but not college, you would expect there to be significantly better facilities at a university compared to a college

The course content can be interesting, however the learning methods are very monotone and I feel that we don't have anywhere near enough contact time with lecturers - at the moment I have 6 hours but I think it should be at least 10 if not 12. Although we do have department based facilities - we haven't actually used/ been in any of them yet, so I cannot rate these too highly.
