The campus is really beautiful and inviting, with the historic buildings being what drew me to the university in the first place. What really affirmed my decision to attend BGU was the student support. Any difficulties I experienced were immediately and reassuringly dealt with and I knew I always hand someone to talk to at student advice/support. The only improvement I can think of is a room map of the campus- because the buildings are so old it's sometimes hard to find lecture rooms and easy to get lost!

The course content is often comprehensive and relevant to our studies. Considering it's a joint honours the course hours are really manageable and the greatest strength is the lecturer/tutor contact. Tutorial time is offered frequently and lecturers are always available via email for support.

Whilst not on campus, this accommodation is an easy walk down the road, meaning a peaceful environment whilst still being easy to get to uni. The accommodation is amazing, so much so that me and my friends returned there for our last year. The value for money is great, decent sized room and really comfortable shared living spaces that make it easy to socialise with other students. Amenities-wise, the washing machine is coins only, which is rather inconvenient given that students' predominant method of payment is contactless. The Wi-fi can be a little slow, which can be frustrating when completing assignments. But overall the experience is very positive and I will miss living there and a grateful for the accommodation and individuals that run it.

It’s been quite a difficult year with the pandemic so the experience hasn’t been what I expected but it’s been very eye opening and as good as it could’ve been really, I’ve made a few friends and learnt a lot on my course

Despite everything having to be online the lecturers have been really accommodating and they’ve helped to build up motivation which is quite hard at this time
