My overall experience at the University of Hertfordshire studying Graphic Design was seriously amazing and I couldn't recommend this course enough. I was given the confidence to grow my skills in something I am so passionate about with lecturers offering me constant support and encouragement. I graduated with 3 job opportunities at 3 good branding agencies and this course really did provide me with all the scope to grow my career.

Facilities are endless at the University of Hertfordshire. For my final major project I was able to use the RISO printer which really helped my work come to life. You are encouraged to use any of the available equipment and spaces available to you at the University of Hertfordshire, lecturers also provide you with workshops on how to use these facilities.

The tutors were always available for help and feedback whenever you needed it. They all make time in their day for you and your work. This is continued throughout your whole time at the university whether you would like help via email or in person. The support provided by my lecturers was very good and 1-1 feedback time was consistent and well structured throughout my time on the Graphic Design course here at the University of Hertfordshire. I really felt supported and inspired throughout my whole degree. Support is still available to me now two years after graduating!

Graphic design teachers organise huge opportunities at the university of Herts in all years. One example is we had a live brief with Ted Baker in 2nd year where we were able to create pattern designs and speak to the actual leaders from Ted Baker. Our lecturers set up plenty of talks where you are able to meet amazing designers and go to plenty of events featuring seriously inspirational people.
