They have excellent student support, the staff give 100%. All staff have a friendly, supportive, calm and understanding nature. I love studying here, the building is modern, warm, vibrant and welcoming. I love the Chaplaincy, a 24 hour drop in, comfortable and quiet. Is a non judgemental Uni, welcomes all and makes efforts to support as best as they can and they are always making improvements, listening to us students as to where they can improve, what they do well in a respectful manner. My only negative comment would be that the support staff are only part time, could do with more staff in the Learning Development area. The Library staff who do work more full time hours don't know about Moodle, so it would be useful for them to have a basic understanding, as when your in the library, out of IT hours, a first time, first year student, a little understanding of how-to negotiate the MOODLE and computer start up build be very beneficial.

They are co stantly making improvements to suit students. Is intense but staff are there to support when needed. The pace isn't too pressured. Teaching staff go st our pace
