It’s been very good. There is a good diverse group of people and academically it’s challenging but engaging. Future students should consider this university strongly, they’re moving up the ranks quickly and rightfully, if I do say so myself.

Everything I need for my course is present and up to a very high standard

Very good, I have had great help from tutors. There is a good ratio for tutors to students (around 1:10). I had lots of help from the student finance team on site to help me with some issues that occurred. Workshop staff are also helpful and kind, even when I had an accident whilst creating something in the workshop, they all came to my aid quickly and handled it professionally. They all seem to be dedicated to help and are very good at it.

Yes, my campus is right next to my flat and theres a convenience store right below the building.

A very wide range with some very niche groups as well (like powerlifting which is something I’m really into)

I like the fact that there are always workshops for help and private tutorials prior to reviews and presentations. I would prefer if deadlines weren’t so close to each other

Yes, I am currently looking for a placement option and the careers team are very helpful.

University has been a challenging yet unforgettable experience. I expected people to be adamant to meet new people since its a massive change but everyone welcomes you with open arms and the staff support is endless.

Everything organised well and avaliable for our use. The library facilities are great for studying.

Student wellbeing is always there for us when we need it.

The su is always there for their students and will occasionally hold events to show their support

Great clubs to enjoy pre and after covid and an efficient gym

The sports and competitions are amazing for students to meet new people

My course is organised very well, all staff are supportive. There are very little contact hours a week, but it gives me enough time to do extra work

Being a student ambassador is great for confidence and meeting new people. Really helps me with developing skills.
