This is an exciting course of study which, on successful completion, allows students to seek to have their qualification recorded by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and to practise as an Independent Nurse Prescriber (V300). Prescribing by nurses has evolved to offer better access to medicines and to optimise the skills and expertise of nurses in the provision of care.
