A rapidly expanding area in sports professions and research, Strength, Conditioning & Rehabilitation focuses on increasing peak performance and reducing injury risk and recovery time. On this NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) accredited course, we bring together innovative testing, training and rehabilitation programme design principles with their basis in physiology, biomechanics and performance analysis. Youll develop skills needed to operate as part of a team, and youll use those skills in the compulsory placement with one of our many sport organisations and school partners.
