A 2:1 honours degree, or international equivalent, in any subject. Applicants with lower or non-standard qualifications and relevant industrial experience will be considered on an individual basis. You are expected to have a minimum of 3 years leadership/management experience. You must currently be in paid employment. Applicants will be interviewed before being accepted onto the programme.
