This was the world’s first Sports Therapy degree course and was developed in partnership with the Society of Sports Therapists (SST). You’ll learn to recognise, treat and rehabilitate athletes with injuries or dysfunction. Our University's fully equipped sports therapy clinic, which is open to members of the public for consultation and treatment, gives you hands-on experience to complement the scientific learning. Our Sports Therapy (including foundation year) BSc (Hons) degree is a four-year course with a built-in foundation year. It’s designed to help you enter an undergraduate degree in sports therapy if you don’t hold the necessary requirements or traditional qualifications to begin the standard three-year course. We'll introduce you to the field of sports therapy and explore how it relates to physiology, anatomy, psychology and coaching.
