Analyse sports performance and identify talent for elite organisations with our Sports Performance Analysis and Talent Identification degree. You will become confident in topics like holistic development and recruitment strategies and also conduct your own research.Our student, Lewis, says that, on this course, "you’ll get a true representation of the industry, a highly trained and experienced programme team, engaging lectures, and the opportunity to further your career".This is a two-year accelerated BSc, which gives you a head start in your career and maximises your earning potential.

You will have access to the latest industry software, world-class sports facilities and British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES) accredited labs, including:- Fitness and Conditioning Suite- Sir Mo Farah Athletics Track- Performance Hall- Biomechanics Laboratory.


Contribute to real-world sport

During your degree, you will get exciting opportunities to analyse real-life athletic performance. Our students and staff have worked at:- the Hockey Wales Women Under 21’s- the Commonwealth Games.

On our Sports Performance Analysis and Talent Identification degree, you can apply for Level 1 and Level 2 International Society of Performance Analysis of Sport (ISPAS) accreditation.You'll also have extensive opportunities to complete industry-specific qualifications throughout the degree.

As a sports performance analysis and talent identification student, you can also complete work placements with elite organisations. This experience will help you apply your studies to a professional setting and build your network of industry contacts.
