They get to know you personally. There are also so many career opportunities and social events throughout the blocks.

UA92 is in institution like no no other. UA92 is a new university that offers an innovative and forward- looking approach to higher education. I feel that the university doesn’t only prepare me for a degree for also helps to set me up for life. What I love about the university is the direct teaching approach due to content not being taught in lecture halls but in classrooms with no more than 20-30 students. Moreover, the lecturers get to understand you and know you as a person which is what I love. Due to no exams at the university all content is assessed in a practical manner which is what is seen in the industry. What makes UA92 so unique is the opportunities that are offered to all students not only myself. For example, in summer 2022 I went over to USA to do some sport coaching for 3 months which was an incredible experience. After my time sport coaching I went travelling with my friends I made and one place we visited was Miami. I managed to shadow some work at Inter Miami CF due to Phil Neville’s (ex MUFC football player) link with UA92 (founder of the university). I wouldn’t have been able to achieve this unique experience without the support from the university. Some aspects of the university that could be improved would be to extend campus open times. To have a student union and to offer a careers service team to support students with placements during their time at university and after.

This university is inclusive and supportive of disabilities and mental health! They engage the students in as much as possible in order to maintain a social aspect and help those who may feel lonely! They regularly offer free essential food for those in need, take place in collections for charities and try to bring in sporting events where they can! They regularly keep in contact on teams, providing events to support your CV, free qualifications and benefits to students. Classes are small and manageable allowing for engaging learning and support where needed. There are always friendly faces around campus, and students are encouraged to attend events to meet new people and grow their social network. Things that could be improved are facilities around campus- allow these are developing such as an igloo, digital rooms, a gym, and dance lessons! What would be most useful would be somewhere for sports teams to train and compete. Having an on campus library with essential books for subjects would be great. And having a social cafe/bar would help to engage students. Overall I think this uni is committed to creating an engaging and student led atmosphere, while slowly developing their facilities
