In many cases, your work related practice will support the completion of your assessments and you will be supported to analyse and reflect upon your current practice and that of your organisation.
All assessments are graded individually, although in many instances you will work collaboratively with your peers in order to examine issues related to being an effective executive leader.
The range of assessment styles include written reports, essays and verbal presentations.
