This Sport and Exercise Science CertHE is a one year programme which aims to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to work within sport, health and fitness.
Activities during taught sessions will allow learners to participate in discussion on the application of theory to practice in a variety of sport and exercise related contexts. Further exploration of these topics and their application to real life, practical situations will make use of case studies and online resources.
Knowledge and understanding is achieved through learning activities that emphasise students’ engagement with research-led resources and dialogue with each other and their tutor.
