Electronic and electrical engineering encompasses a broad and rapidly evolving set of disciplines. This course builds on core teaching across all our active research areas, enabling you to tailor your learning to suit your interests and career goals.By selecting seven modules from a wide range of optional modules, you can either broaden your knowledge across the field of electronic and electrical engineering or specialise in an area such as power electronics and electrical machines, semiconductor and photonic engineering, digital electronics and advanced computing, or mobile and data communications.AccreditationAccredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) on behalf of the Engineering Council as meeting the requirements for Further Learning for registration as a Chartered Engineer. You must hold a CEng accredited BEng/BSc (Hons) undergraduate first degree to comply with full CEng registration requirements.
