Screenwriting is a multi-million-pound industry and is the foundation of all film, TV, theatre and radio production. This course is designed to prepare you for a career as a professional scriptwriter by mirroring industry practices, teaching you all aspects of scriptwriting across a range of writing disciplines and using our links to give you access to the industry. You will graduate with a portfolio of work, including a feature length ''calling card'' script that will enable you to showcase your writing to employers, agents and producers. Your tutors are all professional writers who have written for film, TV, theatre and radio, and will provide detailed feedback on your work throughout the course. We are regarded as one of the top screenwriting courses in the UK and our position within the North West media marketplace is constantly growing through our direct industry links with the BBC, ITV, MediaCityUK and other media organisations across the North West and beyond.
