Mae’r cwrs BSc Rheoli Busnes a’r Gymraeg yn un arloesol a modern sy’n ceisio cyfuno prif elfennau gradd Rheoli Busnes ag astudio’r Gymraeg a diwylliant Cymru ac yn paratoi myfyrwyr ar gyfer cyfleoedd o fewn y farchnad lafur newidiol yng Nghymru. Bwriedir i’r cyfuniad hwn gwella amrywiaeth y cyfleoedd gwaith proffesiynol sydd ar gael i raddedigion wrth roi addysg amlddisgyblaethol ac eang ym meysydd Rheoli Busnes a’r Gymraeg, yn ogystal â chynnig opsiynau hyblyg i fyfyrwyr sydd am ddilyn pynciau gwahanol sy’n datblygu sgiliau iaith.Drwy astudio Rheoli Busnes, byddwch yn meithrin gwybodaeth drylwyr am y prif ddisgyblaethau sy’n berthnasol i reoli a busnes, ynghyd â gwerthfawrogiad o’r gwahanol feysydd swyddogaethol sy’n rhan o sefydliadau busnes. Felly, byddwch yn datblygu craidd cadarn o wybodaeth ym maes Rheoli Busnes a fydd yn eich galluogi i adeiladu ar sylfeini cryf i arbenigo mewn meysydd sy’n ennyn eich diddordeb ac yn adlewyrchu eich dyheadau o ran gyrfa. Drwy astudio’r Gymraeg, byddwch yn datblygu sgiliau lefel uchel yn yr iaith ei hun, yn ogystal â datblygu dealltwriaeth drylwyr o’i lle yn y Gymru gyfoes. Ar ôl y flwyddyn gyntaf, cewch gyfle i ddatblygu arbenigedd drwy ddewis o blith amrywiaeth o fodiwlau dewisol. Mae'r rhain yn ymdrin ag amrywiaeth o feysydd sy’n arbennig o berthnasol i reoli a busnes, gan gynnwys cynllunio ieithyddol a pholisi iaith, cymdeithaseg iaith, sosioieithyddiaeth, technoleg iaith a chyfieithu proffesiynol, yn ogystal â phynciau llenyddol, ieithyddol a diwylliannol.Mae’r Ysgol Busnes yn darparu ar gyfer myfyrwyr sydd am ddilyn gyrfa mewn busnes a rheoli, gan adlewyrchu ehangder ein harbenigedd ymchwil a datblygiadau cyfredol yn y byd busnes. Mae cyfres o gyrsiau ar gael i’w gwneud ym maes Rheoli Busnes, ac mae'r cynllun newydd hwn yn ychwanegu at ein portffolio ac yn rhoi’r cyfle i fyfyrwyr astudio'r Gymraeg ochr yn ochr â Rheoli Busnes.Mae Cymraeg yn ddisgyblaeth ddeinamig ac amrywiol, ac mae'r ystod eang o fodiwlau arbenigol a gynigir gan yr Ysgol yn adlewyrchu ei chyfoeth. Mae llawer o feysydd dan sylw wrth astudio’r Gymraeg sydd, yn naturiol, yn ategu astudio busnes a rheoli, fel cynllunio ieithyddol (yn y sector cyhoeddus, y sector preifat a'r trydydd sector), polisi iaith a thechnoleg iaith.Agwedd werthfawr arall ar ddarpariaeth yr Ysgol ar gyfer israddedigion yw'r ffordd y mae modiwlau llenyddol, diwylliannol a chreadigol yn pwysleisio cyd-destun diwylliannol ehangach y Gymraeg. Mae modiwlau mewn ysgrifennu creadigol, llenyddiaeth plant a threftadaeth a thwristiaeth, er enghraifft, yn cyfuno gwybodaeth am bwnc arbenigol, y cyd-destun diwylliannol a sgiliau perthnasol er mwyn cyfoethogi dealltwriaeth myfyrwyr o’r Gymraeg yn y Gymru gyfoes. For applicants taking the EPQ qualification, an A in the EPQ can be recognised to lower the entry requirements by a single grade. For example an AAB offer would be "AAB from 3 A levels or ABB from 3 A levels and a grade A in the EPQ". Please note that any subject specific requirements must be met.

34-31 overall or 666-665 in 3 HL subjects. You must also have demonstrable Welsh language skills.

DD in a BTEC Diploma in Business and grade B in A-level Welsh First Language. Second language Welsh students are not eligible for this programme.

The Advanced Welsh Baccalaureate Skills Challenge Certificate will be accepted in lieu of one A Level at the A Level grades specified, excluding any subject specific requirements.
