The Real Estate Economics and Investment Analysis (REEIA) MSc is designed to equip students with an understanding of the economics of the real estate market and give them the skills to use data to make informed investment decisions. Real estate is a significant asset class, and the economics and financial economics of the real estate market are rapidly expanding fields. Recent advancements in data collection and analysis are opening new opportunities recognised by both academics and practitioners. The Real Estate Economics and Investment Analysis MSc combines theoretical insights with practical applications, providing an in-depth understanding of how the real estate market functions and how its constant evolution can be analysed using data. Initially, you will master foundational economic and financial concepts in real estate, alongside practical skills like programming and basic research methods. You then build on this foundation, developing an advanced understanding of how these skills are applied in practice, their limitations, and how they can be adjusted to achieve different goals.

UK Bachelors degree in a numerate subject (e.g. Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Computer Science) awarded with at least an Upper Second-class Honours (2:1), or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard.
