This quantity surveying course will put you at the heart of the construction industry, providing in-depth knowledge of building design and construction for a host of potential careers.
You will study a range of modules that will give you a broad and balanced knowledge of Quantity Surveying role within the Construction industry. You will develop practical skills relating to construction technology and sustainability, health and safety, quantity surveying, measurement, project and risk management, and much more.
This course consists of a combination of core and optional modules that provide appropriate training for employment in the field of Contracts Manager, Property Manager, Building Contractor, Project Manager and Construction Manager.
The modules have been designed to include a high level of academic and practical elements. Enrolment on the course entitles you to become a student member of the CIOB, RICS. The course is also recognised nationally and internationally by employers in the construction industry.
Learning takes place through a combination of timetabled learning and independent study.

Seminars and workshops enable you to discuss and develop your understanding of topics covered in lectures in smaller groups. You will also be able to meet your personal tutor. Timetabled learning may fall between 9am and 9pm depending on your courses and tutorials.
