Our BSc Sports and Exercise Psychology course provides you with an immersive and exciting experience of studying the human mind and its application to sport and exercise science. You study a variety of topics, including: social psychology and individual differences experiencing emotion promoting health, exercise, and active lifestyles psychological skills and strategies for improving sports performance For aspiring sports and exercise psychologists, you would study a course accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS), whose graduate membership is a crucial starting point for your career as a qualified psychologist and a prerequisite for many BPS-accredited postgraduate and doctoral programmes.
