BA (Hons) Psychology at Regent's offers an exciting learning environment, giving youthe freedom to think about what psychology is and what it means to you. You'll discover vastly different ideas and concepts – some familiar and some new – from traditional science to the wilder edges of philosophy, fiction and postmodernism.Classes are fun and engaging. You'll gain a rich education in classic and contemporary theories, engage in debates, discuss global issues, explore new perspectives and reflect on how people think, feel and interact with the world. As a BA rather than a BSc, our focus is less on the scientific study and more on building skills that can be applied to a wide range of careers – from HR to marketing. You'll work practically from day one, receiving case studies, designing interventions and applying psychology to a wide range of contexts and job roles – developing skills in self-reflection, critical thinking, data analysis, listening, questioning, academic writing, problem solving and more.Through a high level of support and feedback from psychologists, academics, experts and industry guests, you'll receive an agile and networked learning environment, where diversity and inclusion are at the heart of a creative and contemporary curriculum. You'll emerge with the knowledge, skills and confidence to make a positive difference in working with people in the future – whether through onward postgraduate study in creative, business, or HR work environments or through further training towards a career as a psychology practitioner.
