: Unravel the minds behind crime. Delve into the psychology of criminal behaviour, applying your knowledge and theory to understanding psychological problems associated with criminal behaviour and the wider criminal justice system and the treatment of this behaviour.You develop a strong understanding of psychology through hands-on learning experiences, exploring how theories and concepts are applied in real-world settings – with a particular focus on forensic psychology.You gain extensive research training, enabling you to undertake your own independent study in the field of forensic psychology. Develop a range of transferable skills, allowing you to confidently enter the work environments or continue your professional development.

With this accreditation, you are well placed for further study to become a Chartered Psychologist.Successful completion provides you with Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) with the British Psychological Society (BPS), demonstrating that your degree meets the rigorous academic standards set by the BPS, and opening the door to further training and professional development.GBC is essential to pursue a career as a Chartered Psychologist, and enhances your employability by showing employers you possess a solid foundation in psychological knowledge and research skills.
