You'll benefit from our bespoke laboratories, for research across the different disciplines in Psychology, including our fMRI and ERP facilities, VR labs, and our other cutting-edge research tools.Assessment methods (Outcome qualification level)At Southampton, assessments are designed to equip you with the skills you need for success in your career.On this course, you'll be assessed through essays, oral presentations, case reports, structured clinical assessments, a research thesis with viva voce, portfolio/clinical logbook, and evaluation of clinical competence on placement including assessment of recorded therapy sessions.
We expect you to have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree (at least a 2.1 or international equivalent) or Masters degree (Merit or international equivalent) in Psychology or related discipline. Having already completed a Masters degree is considered desirable but not necessary.
