The MSc Psychology (Conversion) is accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS). It is designed for graduates with an Honours degree in a discipline other than psychology, or a non-accredited Honours degree psychology, who wish to make a career change and study psychology. Building upon your previous knowledge and experience, the course allows you to gain your first qualification in psychology and take the first step towards becoming a psychologist. The course also allows you to gain a range of skills and extensive knowledge of psychology, which could enhance your employability and benefit your existing or future non-psychology career. Our Masters degree is accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS), which means that on completion of the course you will be eligible for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) of the BPS. This in turn offers the possibility of pursuing a career or further postgraduate education in psychology.
You will require an Honours degree (2:2 or above) in any subject area, or a non-accredited psychology Honours degree.
