It also gives you the option to pursue a research career, either in the private sector or by studying for a PhD.You can select modules covering fundamental and advanced data analysis to give your course a research methods focus. Or you could carry out a practical research apprenticeship in an area of psychology that interests you, mentored by an expert in the field.Whichever modules you choose, all students learn research methods and data science techniques, using tools such as the statistical software package R. We'll help you explore the latest developments in research, including collaborative science practices.
